TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All monthly charges (if applicable) will be reflected on your monthly ETC billing statement.
Termination of Service:
Upon termination of an ETC Video service at any point during subscription
period, you will be held responsible for the immediate return of all loaned
equipment, including DCT cable boxes and IP Video STBs. Failure to return
ETC loaned equipment within the billing period will result in an additional
charge for the full cost ($300 per DCT or STB) of all outstanding equipment
to your ETC account. Your account will be billed for any outstanding
equipment on the rst available billing cycle after termination.
Upon termination of ETC Wireless Broadband service, it becomes your
responsibility to contact ETC Customer Service to schedule an appointment
with an ETC Wireless Technician to immediately remove all ETC Wireless
equipment from your premise. Failure to arrange removal of ETC Wireless
equipment from your premise will result in an additional charge for the full
cost of all ETC Wireless equipment to your ETC account.
